Product Authenticity

Q – Do your products really work?

A – Yes! Our products really do work and we ONLY purchase direct from the manufactures located right here in the US. There are many knockoff products online but you won’t find any on our site.

Q – I have medical conditions, will your products interfere with my medications?

A – There is always a risk when taking any enhancement pills, even prescription enhancements. You should consult with your physician if you have medical conditions prior to purchasing our products.

Shipping Questions

Q – How do you ship & what is the price?

A – Shipping costs for all orders over $30 is FREE in the US and we ship via USPS.

Q – Where do you ship?

A – We ship anywhere in the world.

Q – How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

A – The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, customers may receive their package as early as 2 business days to as late as 7 business days in the US. For international orders shipments could take as much as 30 days. However, most are delivered sooner.

Q – How can I track my order?

A – You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Then you may go directly to USPS.com and input the tracking number to find the estimated delivery date.

Payment Questions

Q – How can I pay for an order?

A – We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card or Debit card. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products listed are in US Dollar, our system will automatically convert foreign currency to make it easy for you when placing international orders.

Q – Can I pay by check, money order or COD?

A – Unfortunately we only accept electronic payments via credit, debit or gift-cards with visa/mastercard logo.

Q – What will my credit card/debit card statement read?

A – Your card will discreetly read “PAYPAL GOLDENROYAL”

Q – If I’m not satisfied with something I buy can I get a refund?

A – Unfortunately we do not offer refunds however, we want all of our customers to be happy so we will be happy to send you a replacement of a different product. You would just cover shipping costs.
